I would give him an ’11’. He does a superb job. He starts and finishes on time, which is almost miraculous. The people working for him are excellent. The quality was great. His suggestion for moving the refrigerator was inspiring. It makes the kitchen look twice as big. He got us a really good electrician who did everything to code, so there were no problems with inspection. He always answers questions and follow-ups.
