Kitchens by Ken Ryan
Hi Ken & Mary,
I have to tell you folks now that I have put my new kitchen to work, that Ken you are a genius when it comes to utilizing space. We had the smallest model kitchen of the Kenny Homes built in Terra Linda. Taking down that wall with my old oven and upper cabinets made a huge difference and remarkably I have more cabinet space then I ever did before plus a Pantry and a Lazy Susan that I have always wanted.
We had a few friends for dinner, the ladies were in the kitchen helping prepare dinner and the guys were sitting at the peninsula and we all kind of looked at each other with surprise that we had four in the kitchen and three people at the counter. I would have never thought this possible. The other kitchen designers we spoke to said there wasn’t much they could do with such a small kitchen but reface or replace the cabinets as they were. You really have an eye for utilizing the most out of limited space.
The binder that you put together for us was an invaluable tool when it came to selecting our counter tops, appliances, lighting, hardware etc. And thank you for allowing us to use your discounts.
We also want to thank Mary for being such a wonderful communicator. She made things a lot easier for us not having been through such a large project before.
